ADRA Australia's international development and relief projects are implemented throughout the Pacific, Asia and Africa.

Projects address needs in the following sectors:

Food Security Food is the source of life. Adequate and appropriate nutrition is vital to human growth and immunity against disease.

Civil Society Strengthening Everyday, war and conflict claim lives. Strong civil societies enable communities to guard against the harmful effects of war and conflict.

Health Millions have little or no access to health-care services, pure water and basic sanitation.

Education Basic literacy and education is key to breaking the poverty cycle.

Economic Development Survival and self-sufficiency is almost impossible to achieve for the unemployed and those with limited income.

Emergency Management Floods, famines, earthquakes, fires and wars wreak havoc on the lives of millions of people every year.
