ADRA Appeal Resources
Download and use these resources to promote the ADRA Appeal (Sep-Oct) and Community Projects Offering (3 Oct) in your church.
Printed materials and resources will be available from mid-August 2026. Please contact us if you wish to receive your resources early.
Register your church activities for the ADRA Appeal (not just doorknocking) so that we can provide you with support and resources.

Before 3 October
- Display the posters around your church.
- Share the bulletin announcements for 26 September & 3 October with your bulletin editor.
- Share the offering video with your AV/Tech team so it’s ready to play before the offering on 3 October.
On Sabbath, 3 October
- Announce the offering using the pulpit announcement script provided.
- Play the offering video before collecting the offering.
- Encourage members to give via the QR code on screen, eGiving, or the offering bag/collection box.
