Download and use these resources to promote the ADRA Appeal (Sep-Oct) and Community Projects Offering (3 Oct) in your church.
Make sure you have registered your church activities for ADRA Appeal so that we can provide you with support and resources. You can register online here: .
Before 3 October
- Display the posters around your church.
- Share the bulletin announcements for 26 September & 3 October with your bulletin editor.
- Share the offering video with your AV/Tech team so it’s ready to play before the offering on 3 October.
On Sabbath, 3 October
- Announce the offering using the pulpit announcement script provided.
- Play the offering video before collecting the offering.
- Encourage members to give via the QR code on screen, eGiving, or the offering bag/collection box.
