1. Ensure all activities align with ADRA and the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s values, avoiding association with alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or high-risk activities unless appropriately insured.
2. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those relating to fundraising, financial management, child safety, public liability, and permits.
3. Operate independently and not represent yourself as speaking on behalf of ADRA, except where explicitly authorised as part of the ADRA Appeal.
4. Obtain prior approval before using ADRA’s name or logos, and ensure any non-ADRA-supplied materials are reviewed and use approved language clearly stating the portion of funds that will support the ADRA Appeal.
